Allison has worked for 18 years in the Care Industry. She has been a Deputy Manager, Home Manager, Support Manager and Regional Operations Director for some of the leading Care Home Providers in the UK.
Allison set up Clemente Care with her business partner Gavin Reid knowing that there was a gap in the market for top quality care at home without time restrictions on the team and clients.
Allison has very high standards and will only accept the best quality care for clients and is very hands on in the business from meeting families and clients personally as well as being involved in the recruitment of staff and management of existing staff.
Allison writes, reviews and checks care documentation with the client, relatives and care staff so that you get the care right from the start. You are able to see care plans and have your input, we really do believe in person-centred care.
Emma manages the office workings of Clemente Care. She is the go-to person for the management team to ensure the smooth running of bookings, recruitment and client enquiries.
Emma is on the end of the phone for relatives and clients should there be a concern or problem and she is guaranteed to sort it out for you. She regularly calls clients and families too to see how things are going and if there is anything else, we can do.
She is also an accredited trainer for new care workers.
Ariel is the person you will probably speak to first from Clemente Care. Ariel will guide you through the initial stages of enquiry to setting up a meeting to discuss care needs in more detail.
Ariel works closely with Shavae to match the right staff to the client and will supply you with staff profiles so you can choose who you want to care for you or your loved one.
Ariel will help you understand how funding your care works and support you if you need to speak to local councils for help.
Before he hands a client into the capable hands of the care team, Ariel always gets to know the client and families, so he is able to handover a full background of social and care needs before the team meet you for the initial assessment.
Shavae is our booking manager and is very involved with all our staff and clients. She will match you to the best care team for your needs whilst also taking into consideration travel distance and social likes and dislikes.
Once you have chosen the care team you would like to support you Shavae will arrange the shifts and make sure everything runs smoothly.
In the rare times that a staff member is late for a shift Shavae will receive a message to be able to chase them quickly and efficiently and be able to let you know how far away they are from you.
Shavae will be the person you speak to if and when you need extra time booked.
Shavae is always at the end of the phone for you.
Lucinda is our recruitment manager and responsible for sourcing and interviewing high quality staff to join our team.
Lucinda builds up a relationship with the candidate and guides them through all the legal requirements to join us.
Lucinda has proven to have a good eye for spotting excellent carers from their first interview and she knows our high expectations and makes sure that the staff are under no illusions about this when it comes to caring for people in their home.
Rebecca Jones – Clarkson
Rebecca is the person who manages out Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts. Rebecca publishes everything that is happening at Clemente Care and uploads the industries latest guidelines, so you are always in the loop.
Rebecca will contact you about our services and complete the customer satisfaction surveys at least twice a year.
Where possible Rebecca is the person who will speak to the client about their activities and lifestyle to organise a plan to keep the client as independent and as active as possible.
A Final Note
We understand that the whole process can be stressful and upsetting when you realise that a loved one now needs support to stay at home. We will always go above and beyond to preserve your loved one’s independence for as long as possible and be there for you as a family as needs change.
We firmly believe that transparency, good communication and treating your loved one as if they were our loved one is the key to a happy working relationship. We will be beside you on your care journey and promise to let you know if we believe it would be safer for your loved one to go into a home at any point.
