We keep in contact weekly, so that you soon get to know the team at the hub of our service. Building a relationship that you can trust and rely upon is central to how we manage our business.
Our compliments, concerns and complaints procedure
Clemente Care welcomes all of your feedback because this helps us to improve our services. We have an open and honest procedure for managing any concerns and complaints. All of our homecare clients receive a copy of our procedure when the service starts. We want to make sure that that you are in no doubt about how to voice any concerns that may arise or to give us any positive feedback.
Confirming the quality of our homecare service
The care co-ordinator from our office will check with you weekly that you are satisfied with the services that you receive from us. We share this information with the national regulator for homecare services. The regulator carries out periodic inspections to check our services. As part of these checks they may directly ask our customers for feedback.
